Premier Animal Wellness (PAW) was founded by experienced veterinary professionals who saw a disconnect between traditional, reactive veterinary care and the level of attention they wanted to provide. Rather than treating illness only after it appears, PAW was built around preventative medicine, long-term relationships, and advocacy, delivered in the comfort of the pet’s home. As a new practice introducing a membership-based, concierge model, PAW needed a brand and website that clearly explained this different approach, appealed to discerning pet owners, and conveyed confidence, trust, and calm.

The Objective
Create a brand and website that unleash a higher standard of care.
The goal was to design an experience that communicates PAW’s philosophy: wellness over crisis, quality over quantity, and relationships over transactions. The site needed to speak to pet owners who view their animals as family, value convenience and comfort, and are willing to invest in preventative care. Clear explanations of the PAW model, memberships, and services were essential to building understanding and trust.

A high-touch brand system that harnesses simplicity to create calm, confident care.
We developed a visual identity and website that say more by doing less. The brand favors clean typography, balanced layouts, and understated graphics, allowing the message (not ornamentation) to lead. Language throughout the site is direct and supportive, reinforcing PAW’s role as both caregiver and advocate. The website is intentionally focused rather than expansive, guiding visitors through the PAW model, membership structure, and benefits of home-based care. Real photography and thoughtful copy replace stock imagery and generic messaging, helping the experience feel personal and authentic.
